“My passion for photography started more than 20 years ago. At first, I took photos of vacations, pets, sunsets. Then something happened that completely changed my perspective of life. I realized that every day, every hour, every minute are precious. I wanted to savor every moment through my photography and share it with others. I became grateful for life. That gratefulness opened my eyes to light, wonders and love.
I love seeing extraordinary in the ordinary. I love seeing wonders. Through the years, I trained my eyes and steadied my hands by capturing beauty all around us. When I take a photo, what I see, I feel it in my heart.
My favorite Federico Fellini quote from “Under the Tuscan Sun” is, “You have to live spherically – in many directions. Never lose your childish enthusiasm – and things will come your way.” I never lost my sense of wonder that I carried in my heart since I was a child even when life threw challenges. Even when worries and busyness crept in the way, I have always found the time to pause for a sunset or moon rising or birds singing. I took many photos at those little moments in between.
There are many subjects that I love to capture. I love to document life. Many of us take so many things for granted that we do not notice the beauty all around us. My camera always teaches me to look beyond the unexpected and to capture awe-inspiring, imagination filled miracles of life. Even when I do not have a camera with me, which is extremely rare, I always see a picture-perfect moment.” – Ineta

Writing, Research and Photography
All since learning how to read, Ineta was fascinated how words and their expressions can paint the picture that reader can feel and be transported into another world. She also loved to see illustrations to further her imagination. She has always loved reading and writing and excelled in languages in schools.
Her favorite theme in school was free style writing where she could use her imagination to tell stories. Her childhood dream was to become a writer and illustrator. Her dreams came true when she self-published 1 storyline and 20 photography coffee-table books in couple of years. Now, she is working on more books.
What People Say About Ineta’s work:
It’s simple in design, but complex in content
“Today we are blessed with advances in technology that allows everyone to express themselves on their own level. The artist within comes Alive.
This technology allows other to create and demonstrate expressions that were trapped within the thoughts or each individual. It allows for personal growth and expression that couldn’t be achieved in the past. Anyone can purchase expensive equipment that enhances his or her work. Whether it be a Cannon 5D or the RED Camera.
But in the mist of all this technology, there is still the true artist. The one individual who takes a basic camera and creates. Creates more than pictures but create life. They only have to open their eyes to see the beauty of the world and push a button to capture that beauty for all to see.
Ineta is such a person. I had the pleasure of viewing a new book that is being published. While viewing the pages they seem to jump out at me and capture my imagination. It’s not that Sarasota is beautiful; it is that Ineta demonstrated through her eyes and through the lens what her heart sees in Sarasota.
She doesn’t own an expensive Cannon 5D, but with only a modest camera she uses her heart and soul to expose the beauty she sees. Her eyes are not just the windows of her soul but also the reflection of her heart. For each photo represents her love for life. An intellect would have to put mathematic equations to her style; they could not accept that the soul produces beauty that is unexplainable. Her decrypted writing enhances the vision she holds in her mind. She allows us the pleasure of experiencing her work and for that we are grateful.
There are other great photographers in the area, but I am talking about Ineta. She brings beauty to the world and the people that surround her. And for that we are in a better place.
I would cherish the book with her autograph and share it to other generations to view. It’s simple in design but complex in content.” – John Pocino
“It is nice you have a wonderful eye for the most beautiful things in Sarasota and capture it in books people can see far and wide. It is nice you share your eyes and point of view from many different perspectives including the earth sky and water. Not everyone has such good eyes and can process the positive elements of a view and make it available to others.
Thanks for your positive energy and spreading it far and wide. Much Appreciation, and Best Wishes on your future years.” – Maynard
